The Reading Blue Sox are the 2024-25 LTBP Indoor series winners. Coming into the final event, they were already top of the table, and a dominant unbeaten day saw them consolidate their position at the top and take home both Series and Cup Winners Trophies.
Going into the finale, the 2024 Series Winners, MK Diamonds sat third behind TV Bros. a good morning for the Diamonds saw them beat their rivals in the league phase and cut the gap to a point.
When the Bros drew the top seed in the Cup semi-finals, they had to win to ensure they stayed second, but they met a Reading team that was on a mission.
The Bros would go on to meet the Softball-Holics in the Plate final, and whole the Holics won, the gap from 4th to 3rd was too much to make up. That result meant the Spitfires finished 5th.
The Cup final was another rematch between the MK Diamonds and the Blue Sox and the best two teams on the day. In 2024 a win by the Diamonds over the Blue Sox saw them take the series. This year, the Blue Sox won the head to head during league play and in an exciting final, they took the Cup honors too,
It was another great series, with a lot of really good games leading to another epic final. While we now move on to the outdoor version, we also look forward to the rematch between the Blue Sox and the Diamonds.
