Our youth team took to the diamond again last weekend in the first outdoor version of the Youth Fastpitch League. Following on from Coventry in March, this time they played on the full size field in a competition.
They regularly play on the full size fields each Monday at training, and carried on from these sessions. They began the day with a win, and while they lost the middle two games, they ended their final game ahead, but sportingly allowed their opposition to bat their full lineup in the last game of the day.
The youth sessions run every Monday, we have themed evenings and lots of fun, so if you aged 8-14 come along and give it a go. No experience or equipment needed and the sessions are free.
